Sr. Account Executive - Centene MedD & Exchange - Express Scripts - Hybrid
SUMMARY:
The Sr.
Account Executive (Centene - MedD/Exchange) will be responsible for managing all aspects of client strategy, gross margin growth business plan, and ensuring adherence of all contractual commitments.
The Sr.
Account Executive is responsible for planning, internal coordination, implementation, maintenance, and communication of client strategic and financial activities and performance in our Strategic Markets Division associated with Centene.
This position will work cross functionally to consult with clients and upsell services to grow the business.
Cross functional teams include Product Management, Sales Enablement, Finance, Regulated Markets, Implementation, Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal.
In addition, this position will be the primary contact to appropriate client leadership and involves delivering presentations clients and internal key stakeholders.
As a member of the Sales and Account Management team, you're the face of Express Scripts for our clients.
Your team is responsible for relationship building, winning new business and retaining clients.
You'll educate clients on how our benefit offerings can help them achieve their business goals and make recommendations on products and services to best serve their members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Support the establishment of key products through internal coordination and collaboration with Product Management, Finance, and Legal.
* Accountable for development and execution of client-specific upsell plan, and ongoing monitoring of plan with adjustments made as necessary.
* Determine opportunities for up sells, expansions and maximizing opportunities for revenue growth.
* Delivery of routine review of plan performance with client.
* Interface directly with assigned clients as needed to consult on commercial and regulated market best practices and to support upsell activities.
* Serves as the face of Express Scripts with ongoing communication and consultation as necessary to maintain and grow relationship.
* Quarterback of account team to ensure client satisfaction, collaboration, productivity and optimization of opportunities for up sells, expansions and maximizing opportunities for revenue growth.
* Direct activities of internal cross functional partners related to client strategic objectives and in support of the strategic plan.
* Special projects and tasks forces as assigned.
* Work collaboratively across the organization to assist in seamless implementation of Centene.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
* Self-starter, comfortable operating in the new, proactive approach to problem solving
* 8+ years relevant experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 2+ years experience working with Medicare Part D
* Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Extensive project management skills
* Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills...
