We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dedicated therapy team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.


* Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities to enhance motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.


* Collaborate with the therapy team to assess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.


* Document therapy services and patient progress in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.


* Educate patients and families on techniques to improve functional abilities and independence.

Qualifications:


* Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from an accredited program.


* Valid and current state licensure as a COTA.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.


* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
