Successful candidates will have the following:


* ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State


* current, unencumbered license in PA


* experience with PCC preferred


* experience in a LTC facility

Your day to day:

You'll assist our physician, residents, and their families in developing care plans that best suit the overall wellbeing of our resident.

You'll work under supervision of our Administrator to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
