We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our dedicated team and help support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:


* Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy for residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.


* Develop individualized treatment plans and goals to maximize patient recovery.


* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.


* Document progress, therapy sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility guidelines and regulations.


* Provide education to patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies.

Qualifications:


* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.


* Valid and current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.


* Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred but not required.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
