Job Summary

We are seeking an Assembly Technician to join our AC/DC department.

Under direct supervision, this position involves assembling products or components, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining an organized work area.

Key responsibilities include performing basic assembly, quality checks, packaging finished products, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

The technician will follow work instructions, use hand and power tools, and work with a team to meet production goals.

Safety training and adherence to company policies are essential.

Key Responsibilities:


* Perform assembly tasks following instructions and blueprints.


* Conduct quality checks and report defects.


* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.


* Package products for shipment.


* Follow safety and tool training, ensuring compliance with safety standards.


* Assist with both prefab and build tasks, including preparing materials and assembling components.


* Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or GED.


* 2 years of experience in production or assembly.


* Basic knowledge of hand/power tools, measuring, and troubleshooting.


* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

and perform physical tasks like bending and climbing.


* Strong attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork skills.

Work Environment: Production facility, no travel required.
