Job Description:

As a Junior Database Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of database systems under the guidance of senior team members.

This role involves learning and applying best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the organization's database systems.

This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow their skills and gain experience in database engineering.

Job Description

Education:


* Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.

Experience:


* 0?2 years of experience in database-related roles (internship or academic projects are acceptable).

Mandatory Skills:


* Basic understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.


* Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).


* Interest in learning database optimization and performance tuning.


* Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell).


* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


* Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:


* Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).


* Awareness of cloud-based database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure Cosmos DB).


* Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).


* Familiarity with data security principles.


* Interest in automation tools and practices.


* Eagerness to learn new database technologies and trends.
