As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in JP Morgan Payments, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.
Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
* Dive deep into data analysis to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies that shape strategic direction.
* Create visually captivating Tableau dashboards and customized reports to present complex data in a clear and concise manner, influencing senior management with compelling findings, concise recommendations and clear written insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into innovative product development strategies, working closely with product managers and engineers to drive impactful enhancements.
* Validate data quality and insights with a keen product sense, ensuring alignment with business objectives through rigorous data validation processes.
* Generate weekly/monthly reporting to support Payments Product requirements for business reviews and senior management reporting.
* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
* Experience in data analysis, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated proficiency in data wrangling techniques using SQL and Python to effectively manipulate and analyze large and complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
This includes data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation to extract meaningful insights.
* Advanced skills in data visualization using Tableau, Python, and Excel to craft compelling visual representations of data for informed decision-making.
This involves creating interactive dashboards, charts, and graphs to present data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.
* Exceptional communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
