Flex Line Associate

The Production Line Associate will assist the Machine Operator and Lead with the daily operating functions of the Filling or Packing Line.

Most Filling and Packing Lines are staffed with more than one Line Associates who work in a team.

In this team, you will need to communicate with each and work in close proximity.

The Production Associate will be monitored by the Department Lead to ensure Quality, GMP, Safety, Production, Training and Housekeeping requirements.

The Production Associate will conform to the required GMP and Safety procedures follow all verbal and or written instructions of the Lead, Quality Control and Management Team.

Pay: $23.32

Minimum 16 and up to 29 hours per week, 4-8-hour blocks spread across production hours.

Shift Window: Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 9 pm

Hire on Bonus:

$500 bonus after completing30-day probationary period

$500 bonus after completing 6months of employment

Total of $1,000 bonus

Job Duties:


* Verify and report any open cup seals/foils problems during the process


* Report all Non-Conforming discrepancies to Filler Lead, QC and Management


* Assist team in transportation of production carts, baskets, materials, and equipment


* Report broken, damaged, dirty baskets, carts, foils, cups, or any materials/equipment that does not conform to our standards


* Ensure conveyor is washed down frequently to prevent any excess product spillage onto clean product cups


* Notify Filler Operator and Lead of any erratic machine functions

Required Experience:


* Basic computer skills

* Age: 18 years or older


* Comprehension: Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic math.


* Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.


* Safety: Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and one's co-workers at all times without exception

Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:


* Able to lift 25 lbs.


* Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turn...
