POSITION SUMMARY
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of parts essential to Idaho Forest Group.

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations by obatining parts and supplies needed to maintain the efficient running of the mill for maximum production .

A successful Parts Coordinator must have meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules and regulations
• Update work orders from Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as parts are received
• Work with Purchasing and Maintenance Manager on work orders
• Create Purchase Requisitions with all pertinent information
• Work with Purchasing on packing slip or receiving inaccuracies
• Will physically receive in goods to ensure proper supplies arrive, free of damages
• Ability to process RMA’s
• Product fulfillment in all stockrooms and rooms are labeled, identified and organized
• Performs weekly and monthly cycle counts
• Generate and revise tags for inventory needs
• Ensure parts available for scheduled work
• Keep working areas clean
• Other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to quickly obtain one as a condition of employment)
• Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse setting
• Knowledge of specific Fed and State laws
• Technical skills –
o Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dynastar
o Understanding of Inventory Management
• Skills:
o Communication: The ability to express ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
o Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Examples include critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
o Organizational Skills: The ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, post-offer pre-employment physical, and background check.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle History for business travel in company vehicle.
