Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities
Position Overview
Altec is seeking a collaborative and self-motivated Business Intelligence Developer to partner with business teams across the enterprise.

This role combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to deliver data-driven solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities


* Partner with business teams to identify information needs, develop KPIs, and implement data-driven solutions for critical business challenges


* Design and develop analytics solutions using enterprise BI platforms (Qlik, PowerBI, Salesforce CRM Analytics)


* Support the implementation and adoption of data analytics tools and applications across the organization


* Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure and existing applications, including daily operational support


* Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide user support to Altec associates


* Manage multiple projects while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders


* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

Technical Requirements


* Strong proficiency in BI platforms (Qlik preferred; PowerBI or Salesforce CRM Analytics experience valuable)


* Minimum 2 years experience with SQL or equivalent query languages


* Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions


* Experience in maintaining and optimizing data infrastructure

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred


* Alternative: Exceptional candidates with 6+ years relevant work experience will be considered


* High School Diploma or GED required


* Valid driver's license required
