This role will be part of a singular, high-performing team dedicated to building transformative platform-based solutions powered by AI and data-driven insights.

The preferred location is Louisville, Kentucky in a Hybrid.

In this role, you will:


* Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of our in-house AI Multi-Agent Platform, which will underpin the development of the software of the future.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions addressing energy and sustainability challenges.


* Build, optimize, and maintain APIs and web services to support data-driven applications.


* Develop and implement AI agents and tools to enable advanced decision-making and automation.


* Design and maintain scalable, distributed systems to support multi-agent architectures.


* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure software solutions align with data-driven insights.


* Process and analyze large datasets, generating actionable insights and enhancing decision-making.


* Automate processes and workflows using Python scripting and AI-powered techniques.


* Work with DevOps practices and tools to streamline deployment and ensure system reliability.


* Optimize code performance, scalability, and maintainability.


* Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and AI best practices while ensuring ethical AI considerations.
