The Product and Relationship Management (PRiMe) Function is responsible for serving as the principal entity for Federal Reserve Bank Service activities that touch both the industry and customers.

PRiMe’s core responsibilities include customer support, product support, industry engagement, marketing and customer relations.

Specifically, the Business Operations and Strategy team is responsible for organizing and managing PRiME programming, strategy, reporting, and communications critical to executing strategic objectives on behalf of the executive and senior leadership teams.

As a Senior Business Strategy Analyst, you will provide both strategic and operational support to the FRFS Product and Relationship Management function.

You will support the function with communications, change management, strategic planning and related reporting, governance, employee engagement action plans and more.

This is a highly visible role that collaborates across the FRFS.

You will have an opportunity to lead development and implementation of processes that support PRiMe Business Operations and grow your leadership and project management skills while working with a variety of stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System.

The level of work required is considered advanced and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision.
