As and LPN/LVN, the role involves overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring staff compliance with facility policies, conducting staff meetings, and maintaining accurate census and resident care documentation.

Responsibilities include completing and updating medical records, documenting incidents, and recording physician orders and treatment plans.

The role also encompasses administering prescribed medications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of medications.

Personnel management duties include assisting with staffing and scheduling, providing leadership and support, and addressing grievances and staff concerns.
