Job Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage comprehensive, omnichannel marketing campaigns targeting affluent and high net worth segments.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
* Develop and execute marketing journeys to engage and nurture target audiences.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize.
* Analyze customer and behavioral data of priority segments to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Develop personalized marketing strategies to deepen customer relationships.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, performance, brand and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Synthesize and distribute insights to stakeholders.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
* Conduct testing and other experiments to identify the most effective tactics for engaging our audiences.
* Create and maintain internal-facing collateral showcasing key insights and activation plans
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of proven experience in growth marketing.
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques.
* Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry and customer behavior
* Ability to work effectively across JPMC organization and drive results.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
