Your Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our KGS Finance Solutions team as an Enterprise Process Director.

This crucial role is responsible for developing and driving global strategies for key processes within Order to Cash.

You will be a leader on the OTC global leadership team with responsibility to help the organization transform while delivering world class Accounts Receivable services.

Our Team

The Finance Solutions Order-to-Cash global capability partners with the Koch businesses to provide critical financial services in Credit, Cash Application, Collections and other Accounts Receivable activities.

Our team has a global footprint with services provided to Koch companies in every major region around the globe.

What You Will Do


* Develop and implement global strategies for key Order-to-Cash processes.


* Partner with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and drive transformation initiatives and areas for improvement.


* Develop a point of view (POV) on global metrics and benchmarking to maintain awareness of performance relative to the next best alternative and market benchmarks.


* Stay informed on current market trends to guide strategic decision-making.


* Lead decision-making processes for transitioning new work into the model.


* Collaborate with business partners to root cause, improve performance, and transform how we deliver services.


* Provide updates, recommendations, and challenges to senior Koch and business leaders.


* Partner with our global service delivery and IT product teams to provide best in class Order to Cash services to our business partners.


* Lead a team of Business Process Managers and Leads.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience leading, developing, and managing performance of a team


* Experience in a finance or accounting role


* Experience influencing without authority through building rapport and cultivating strong working relationships


* Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, from team members to senior executives.


* Experience being part of a leadership team driving transformation and strategy
