SCOPE OF WORK:
Consultant shall provide Bank, at Bank’s St.

Louis, Missouri headquarters or other locations specified by Bank, with the following Services on a time and materials basis:
• Perform state member bank loan review assessments, as assigned, during state member bank examinations following prescribed regulatory standards and using existing examiner guidance.
• Create loan review assessments, which must include a global cash flow analysis to determine debt service capacity, an assessment of the adequacy of collateral, and a determination of the appropriateness of the loan structure, terms, and financial capacity and strength of guarantors.
• Ensure all loan review assessments are documented to support the final loan disposition, according to existing examiner guidance.
• Correspond and communicate, as necessary, with state member bank management to fully understand the state member bank’s credit relationships.
• Promptly provide written status updates on individual activities to Bank, as requested.

Consultant shall only provide the examination technical support described above and shall not make any final decision for Bank about a bank examination matter.

DELIVERABLES: 
•    Prepare and deliver to Bank “line card” loan review reports detailing loan review assessments. 
•    As necessary, prepare and deliver to Bank written memoranda describing and justifying recommended loan downgrades.
