Opportunity to work with key external experts (KEE) and key decision-makers (KDM) in assigned accounts with a focus on evidence and value including Clinical, Economic, and Patient-centric Outcomes.

 

Position Summary:


* The primary responsibility of the Director-Health Systems-Medical Field (DHS) is the compliant communication and exchange of all clinical and value evidence that underscores Taiho’s portfolio of drug therapies.

This exchange is with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) and key External Experts (KEEs) in the assigned accounts.

These include top academic institutions, NCI/NCCN Centers of Excellence, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Large Network Practices (LNP), Federal Government Health Care Systems, and key National Payer Organizations.


* The DHS, a cross-portfolio role is responsible for ensuring the provision of product information in a timely fashion.

This individual will identify opportunities and gaps and provide timely information for product inclusion in the formulary and pathways.

Leveraging real-world insights and validations provides input into the content for launched products and portfolios early in development.


* Provides expertise that uniquely qualifies to support informed choices to the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, formulary design, drug utilization controls, and the incorporation of drug therapies into best-practice clinical pathways.

 

 

Performance Objectives:


* Deeply understand the unique medical needs of the assigned, accounts, and their clinical and patient outcomes goals.
