The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking a supervisor to lead the Law Enforcement Communications Center team.

Applications will be accepted through December 31, 2024 with interviews expected to occur through mid-January.

The Communications Center is a 24/7 operation that provides safety and security support to Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Officers by operating cameras, alarms, radios, and security access systems.

The team is responsible for receiving and disseminating routine and critical information from various sources.

* Provides daily oversight for Communications Center operations, including assisting team members, monitoring individual and team metrics, and collaborating on process improvements.  



* Familiar with federal and state CJIS policies and district and board CJIS policies to ensure Communications Center compliance.

 



* Ensures Communications Center guidance and policy documents are current and appropriately followed by operators.

 



* Partners closely with Law Enforcement IT unit to maintain or update Communications Center technology.

 



* Oversees and develops Communications Center training programs (to include initial operator training, field training, and in-service training programs).

 



* Collaborates with Law Enforcement training team to identify additional training opportunities for operators.

 



* Oversees scheduling and works with operators on various shifts as necessary for coaching.

 



* Attends Bank leadership trainings and creates opportunities for team members to participate in Bank-wide/Bank-sponsored events.
