This position requires a highly motived individual who enjoys working in a multi-faceted environment.
The individual will be expected to support Operational and Maintenance personnel while adhering to a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.
This position will require team skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate should also have a strong sense of personal drive, a desire to develop expertise, and the ability to work without constant supervision.
This position will also be expected to provide technical and engineering support and troubleshooting advice to maintenance and various operational areas.

What You Will Do
* Participate and support in all areas to achieve Environmental, Health, & Safety excellence.
* Lead the Reliability efforts for the site.
* Directly supervise the predictive maintenance and reliability technicians.
* Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to drive the practice of Precision Maintenance in all jobs completed at the site.
* Integrate best maintenance technologies and practices into predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
* Drive site lubrication and vibration programs to success.
* Participate and lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) efforts to identify root causes of complex and/or repetitive problems and put in place executable corrective actions.
* Serve as site champion for all asset health monitoring systems and ensure systems are operated at desired levels.
* Analyze operational KPIs to identify gaps and areas of potential improvement.
* Work with leaders and engineers to share knowledge and gain expertise in development of reliability strategies.
* Actively participate in design and implementation of asset improvement strategies for systems to improve production and uptime.
* Apply sound logic and scientific principles to problem solving.
* Work both individually with little supervision and together with a team to achieve profitable results.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
* Must have an effective working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and ability to learn various PC-based production and maintenance reporting systems applications.
* Able to read mechanical, structural, and electrical drawings.
