We are looking for a Retail Manager in our Sales & Marketing team.
 
Retail Manager will be responsible for building and driving revenue to increase DHL’s presence in the Retail Channel.

The Retail Channel plays an important role in promoting DHL’s brand as well as providing convenience as a physical drop off point for customers.

The Retail Manager will develop and execute strategies to build loyalty and increase revenue from existing retail partners as well as establish and qualify prospects.
 

YOUR TASKS:

 


* Develop and execute strategies for Retail Channel


* Build DHL brand presence and driving business in Retail channel


* Lead multiple cross-functional project work streams


* Negotiate contractual terms with partners / vendors


* Establish and maintain partner relationship


* Identify and activate exclusive partners in assigned geography


* Monitor Service Points‘ quality performance and drive improvement where needed 

YOUR PROFILE:

 


* At least 2-4 years experience and working knowledge in retail


* Strong and confident knowledge and experience in retail


* Strong project management skills and capability to lead cross-functional team


* Problem-solving attitude and creative thinking


* Advanced level of English and Hungarian (written & spoken)


* Excellent communication skills


* Result orientation, independence and accountability


* Excellent negotitation, argumentation and presentation skills


* Logistics experience is an advantage


* Passion for customer service


* B category driving licence
