Mission Assurance Lead

Description & Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Mission Assurance Lead to join our team.

As a Mission Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our projects and programs.

Your role will involve overseeing quality management, risk assessment, and process improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Specific Responsibilities:



* Develop and implement a comprehensive mission assurance strategy, ensuring the alignment with organizational goals and objectives


* Lead quality management efforts and establish monitoring metrics


* Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to assess compliance with established standards, policies, practices, and regulations


* Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify and address systemic issues, promote continuous improvements and retrospectives


* Proficient use of automation for Jira add-on tool to solve support requests


* Serve as the primary point of contact for various matters, providing guidance and support to project teams and assuring the quality of work to stakeholders

Requirements:



* Active Secret clearance is required.


* Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S.

citizens with no dual citizenship.


* This contract supports systems that require 24x7x365 uptime.

Candidates must be willing and able to meet recall requirements, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.


* Telework: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite at the customer's discretion.

This includes being on-site during the transition period.

Must be based around Colorado Springs, CO.


* At least 7 years of experience in the related field.


* Desired: Certified in ITIL V4 Foundation or ITIL V4 MP
