Director of Financial Reporting

WHAT WILL YOUR NEW ROLE BE


* Lead the preparation and review of the quarterly financial reporting deliverables in accordance with IFRS.


* Oversee the consolidation of financial results.


* Collaborate with external and internal auditors and manage the audit process.


* Develop a performance analysis framework to identify opportunities to enhance the skills of both current and incoming employees.


* Participate in designing and implementing comprehensive upskilling programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.


* Provide technical accounting guidance and support to a team of financial reporting professionals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


* 7+ years of work experience in an accounting or finance environment.


* CPA designation.


* In-depth knowledge of IFRS.


* Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.


* A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
