Level 2 Business Support Analyst

Schneider Electric is looking for a Level 2 Business Support Analyst in Monterrey Nuevo Leon.

Job Overview: As a Level 2 Business Analyst Support at Schneider Electric, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced support and analysis for business systems and processes.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization and enhancement of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support for business systems and applications, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Participate in the testing and validation of system enhancements and new features to ensure alignment with business needs.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and training materials for end users.

• Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in business systems support and analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.

• Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, JIRA, etc.) is a plus.
