HR Analyst

Position - HR Analyst

Job Responsibilities: This is open only for internal candidate


* Assist in maintaining data integrity of the HR database using data entry procedures and regular audits of the data (including the performance of audits and data transfer)


* May conduct research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.


* Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural Global environment and with all levels of the organization


* Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, meticulous attention to detail, and ensure completion in a timely manner within SLA.


* Ability to follow SOPs, Policies, and Procedures and ensure meeting compliance requirements


* Track and report daily activities.

Facilitate audit of the work generated


* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.


* Interact and co-ordinate with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Manager as and when required to complete transactions


* Ability to differentiate sensitive cases and escalate if required with the manager


* Research and resolve data issues.

Key Skills:


* Ability to understand data and extract meaningful information from systems.


* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred


* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills


* Adaptable, client service-focused, collaborative, organized, and skilled at multitasking


* Bachelor's degree preferred


* Previous analyst, information systems, and/or HR experience of 3+ years preferred


* Good verbal and written communication skills


* Strong attention to detail and organization


* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
