SCOPE OF WORK-

The primary scope of work for the candidate will be-

DESCRIPTION

Internal Communications

• Lead and Manage All Key Employee Communication Events including Employee Townhall, Excom Messages, Leadership Forums, etc.

• Support businesses by sharing constant updates about the company and business units - leverage various platforms: emailers, yammer, spice intranet portal and other InCom digital tools

• Support strategic internal communication projects

• Plan, edit & write content for a variety of internal communications platforms - intranet portal, yammer etc.

Top Management/Executive Communication

• Drafting content for Zone President & Key Spokespersons like CMO, CHRO, CFO etc.

for varied media/non-media engagements including presentations, blogs, social media posts etc.

KEY SKILLS -

• Multi-Tasking - ability to do handle multiple tasks simultaneously comprising Internal Comms and External Comms

• Content Writing skills - ability to create/write content across varied genres depending on business need

• Strategic Thinking - Ability to understand the key trends and insights to draft the right narrative for Schneider Electric

• Storytelling - ability to create and narrate a credible story

• Strong Collaboration and People skills

Education and Experience

• Master's degree in journalism / Mass Communication from a top institute

• Min.

4-5 years' experience managing internal and external communication for a Tier 1 MNC/Indian Company
