Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Creates and executes annual social media strategic planning and engagement efforts including the development and implementation of a monthly social media calendar.


* Provides leadership and direction to other Bank users on social media, especially employees with professional pages (i.e., loan officers).


* Helps to develop content for social media, the Bank website, and other digital outlets to include taking photos, shooting, and producing video and assisting with graphic design when needed.


* Writes, edits, and publishes content and copy (including press releases) for multiple digital marketing and communications channels.


* Responds to online reviews, questions, and feedback in a professional manner.


* Measures and reports on the performance of social media and digital strategies.


* Manages the Bank’s website including routine maintenance, updates, content changes and landing page creation.


* Oversee the maintenance and publishing of online Bank profiles.


* Leads external digital advertising campaigns including social media, retargeting, display, SEO, and SEM.


* Identifies digital trends and optimizes advertising spend and performance based on insights.


* Brainstorm and execute new and creative digital growth strategies.


* Produces, provides, and presents reoccurring reports to leadership and others regarding social media and digital marketing efforts.


* Takes and edits new hire photos, event photos and videos as needed.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Collaborate with Marketing staff to help develop marketing and communication campaigns.


* Work with the department staff to optimize and grow digital presence.

Qualifications Required

(Required education may be satisfied by experience and/or working knowledge)
