Newcastle or Durham 2 days per week.

Hybrid and Flexible working

Travel on average 1 day per month

Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to work with purpose and flexibility? Whether it’s a site visit to assess costs, fine-tuning budgets from home, or catching up with the team at our Newcastle or Durham hub, this role offers variety and autonomy.

You’ll join our Commercial Team in Repairs and Maintenance, where your expertise will help us deliver cost-effective, high-quality repairs for our customers.

What you’ll do


* Collaborate with trades, managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective repairs and maintenance.


* Visit sites to measure and value works, negotiate costs, and ensure budgets stay on track.


* Analyse contractor performance, manage relationships, and uphold commercial excellence.


* Use work-order systems to ensure accurate scheduling and data recording.


* Monitor budgets and ensure financial coding is spot-on every month.


* Act as a proactive partner, ensuring customer needs are central to everything we do.
