* A bachelor's degree in a related field


* Three years of experience working in IT support or business intelligence, with a strong focus on SQL development and reporting tools


* Extensive experience with BI Launchpad


* Strong experience with Crystal Report development, including creating complex reports with parameters, sub-reports and formulas


* Must be able to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities.


* Exceptional customer service skills.


* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.


* Effective written and verbal communication skills.


* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.


* PC skills in a Windows environment / Microsoft Office skill


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with IFS


* Experience with TeamCenter


* Familiarity with other BI tools or platforms (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

* Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
