Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into a single ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a digital backbone that is fit for purpose, allowing us to support the business with agility.

Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The Commercial Finance Deployment Lead Analyst is part of the IM Transcend Finance Deployment Team.

This position will support the implementation of the E2E future state Finance processes as part of the S4/Hana implementation within the global transformation programs to include Order to Cash (O2C), Gross to Net, Revenue Recognition, Account to Report (A2R), and other commercial finance related processes.

Key Responsibilities:


* Support the Commercial Finance workstream through the deployment phases of all Transcend releases.


* Assist Data Migration, Business Simulation Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Adoption, Cutover, and Hypercare


* Partner with BPO and GTO teams on global template development and deployment


* Identify and analyze deployment risks and mitigation activities.
