Senior Product Associate, Digital Channels

Join the team that is accelerating the development of world class digital experiences for our thousands of engineers across all of Consumer and Community Banking while also working on custom marketing sites that drive acquisition and engagement.

As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Channels on the Technical Frameworks team in Enablement, you will contribute to two major books of work: Microsites and Technical Frameworks.

Microsites are customer-facing sites used today by LOBs to drive product acquisition, upsell and engagement, primarily for Card and Connected Commerce.

Technical Frameworks are the patterns and components leveraged by engineers across JPMC to develop customer-facing digital experiences and capabilities use by millions of digital users monthly.

In this role, you will contribute to the team by leveraging your knowledge in product management and development to make a significant impact on the portfolio.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities



* Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery


* Evolve the strategy and utility for Microsites, working with your scrum team, Product Manager and LOB partners to shape, execute and communicate the book of work and plans


* Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience


* Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers


* Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle


* Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle


* Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition


* Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy


* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Product Agility Tools.


* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
