As a Market and Product Expansion Associate - Concourse in Embedded Finance, you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products.

Job responsibilities


* Researches and analyzes market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior to identify opportunities for product improvements


* Assists in the development of collateral tailored to specific markets


* Understands and follows the defined regulatory testing procedures to confirm our products meet regulatory requirements prior to release


* Follows and assists with the development of the product's risk and compliance model


* Identifies inefficiencies in regulatory testing processes


* Supports product expansion strategy execution, including driving the product roadmap prioritization, pricing methodology, prospect targeting and go-to-market activities


* Adopts an agile mindset to support new product capabilities and functionalities, ensuring the final solution is functional, operational and addresses client needs and pain points

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management


* Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements


* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


* Strong product management skills to focus on a customer first mindset, lean product thinking and a focus on product adoption


* Highly organized and experience with complex process flows


* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels
