Production Operations supports Mortgage Banking Originations by facilitating the transition of a loan to closure.

Production Operations support positions manage a variety of job roles that are focused on working with outside vendors to obtain documentation and/or information to complete the credit file.

In addition to backing up all Support roles as needed, the Support


* Orders or requests mortgage documentation


* Complete "one-off" scenarios as required by underwriting, communications or sales


* Accesses credit bureau websites, order and/or updates trade lines, monitors for email updates from the credit bureaus and reviews completed trade line orders.


* Orders flood certificates and sends supporting documentation to Core Logic for flood disputes


* Updates the system of record and works daily priorities


* Communication with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred


* Prior customer service experience preferred


* Possess strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills


* Ability to work in a fast paced environment


* Basic office skills


* Basic computer skills


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Ability to work independently or as part of a team


* Able to build relationships quickly
