* Responsible for building, planning and training Elanco’s and Partners Sales Forces with training plans and development strategies, focusing on the short, medium and long terms ensuring that the Sales Forces are prepared to meet the needs of the customers business, maximizing productivity and results for Elanco


* Main contact point and expert in Elanco Sales techniques to internal and external customers

Funciones, obligaciones, actividades:

.        Partners with sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team from Elanco and clients to maximize sales performance, measuring impacts and stablishing KPI´s.

.       Ensure differentiation from Elanco sales force, reinforce and improve knowledge and tech skills vs competition

.       Monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed.

·       Build and manage the training plans aligned with the BU strategy and the brands, in addition to ensuring their execution.

·       Develop KPI´s to guarantee training success across organization.

·       Be a strategic partner for the marketing and sales teams, making it critical to the optimal execution of branding strategies.

·       Ensure the quality of Sales Force training, by consistently building and managing the training indicators;

·       Seek out new training methodologies for the sales force.

·       Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations from the partners Elanco

·      Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

·       Prepare a team of coaches standardized with adult learning techniques for the sales team and partners to always receive effective trainings
