Sr. Sales Manager FS

Role Purpose
The Sr.

Sales Manager FS must achieve exceed sales targets, through effective coaching of Sales Executives and supervisors, promoting satisfactory service standards for existing customers as well as increasing the customer base and sales volume for the channel.

Additionally, he/she must ensure that DHL services are sold to meet and exceed sales targets with profitability for the company, leading the team to successfully offer the services that generate value to their processes and that also allows to maximize business opportunities in the short and long term.

Main Responsibilities 
- Coordinate the activities of the sales department supervisors. 
- Coordinate the operations of the sales department.
- Design sales plans and strategies for new products.
- Coordinate the activities of the sales team to establish positive relationships among sales team members.
- Establish sales goals and objectives while keeping them realistic and achievable.
- Develop new and innovative strategies for customer acquisition. 
- Researches and identifies sales opportunities, generating leads and detecting potential customers.
- Meets with key customers and seeks out potential prospects.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems Administration, Economics or related careers in economic or administrative areas. 
5 years of experience
English (Fluent)
