The Technical Product Owner will lead the Enterprise Integration Build and Support Product Team, focusing on managing the product backlog, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions that leverage modern integration platforms and services.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product ownership with a deep understanding of software development, integration technologies, and enterprise architecture.

What You Will Do


* Define and communicate the product's technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.


* Own and prioritize the product backlog, focusing the team on delivering high-impact features, enhancements and addressing technical debt.


* Translate business goals and requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for the development team.


* Work closely with engineers and other teams to support and guide the development of solutions, ensuring technical viability.


* Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clear communication on product roadmap and progress.


* Define acceptance criteria for backlog items and ensure that the delivered solutions meet these criteria.


* Leverage data insights and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous product improvements, ensuring product quality and reliability.


* Stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* 5+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or technical roles with a focus on integration platforms or enterprise systems.


* Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.


* Experience working in Agile development environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
