Project Manager

If you are a Project Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!  Based in our Stafford, TX location, you will have the overall responsibility and authority for the implementation and execution of Customer projects.  This includes having a complete understanding of the project scope and requirements while also having ownership for timely delivery and profitability. 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


* Coordinate large, highly complex and/or multi-national projects.


* Negotiate the initial scope of the project, change orders, terms and conditions and all additions or expansions to the project with the Local Business Partner/Sales Office, Global Industry Sales and/or Customer.


* Lead internal and external communication meetings to ensure alignment, including customer kickoff meetings, internal kickoff meetings, pre-inspection meetings, and close-out meetings. 


* Develop and be responsible for the Project Plan that includes schedules, achievements, procurement strategy, execution strategy, financial targets, resources, communications, and considerations of risks by coordinating and managing activities from factory(s), logistics company(s), freight forwarder(s) and others as required to meet project requirements. 


* Interface and continuously connect with the Impact Partner, Contractor, and/or Customer throughout the life of the project to provide updates, breakthroughs, and progress by serving as the primary point of communication for Pressure Management.

 For This Role, You Will Need:


* BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience


* Experience related to Project Management
+ 3 years direct Project Management experience OR 
+ 5 years Order Engineering or Customer or Engineering experience


* Legal Authorization to work in the US - sponsorship will not be provided for this role 

Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option:

This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week after initial training period.
