About the Opportunity

The Treasury Services Department has an immediate opening for an Advisor-IS, reporting to the Governance, Risk, & Compliance Manager.

What You Will Do:


* Consult with clients to evaluate, recommend, design, and implement information security solutions and process improvements.


* Anticipate client needs and identify security requirements by establishing personal rapport with clients and internal and external resources.


* Develop and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of supported client areas.


* Advise clients and leaders on best practices and how to implement process improvements that will address their needs; recommend alternative solutions and perform gap analysis to identify unaddressed needs.


* Lead strategic guidance initiatives.


* Be a key contributor in process improvement and long-term information security solution discussions and present outcomes to senior and division management.


* Direct initiatives and oversee development and integration of new processes; communicate changes to impacted clients, resources, and senior management.


* Performs other related duties as assigned.


* Some travel, including overnight stays, may be necessary (up to 25%).

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 4 years equivalent experience; Master's Degree preferred.


* CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or other security related certifications preferred.


* Agile/Scrum/ITIL experience preferred.


* Experience working in cloud environments preferred.


* Ability to tailor communications to their appropriate audience and present information in a credible, confident, and influential manner.
