Be a part of the National Integration Services (NIS) dynamic team! If you have a passion for building the Bank of tomorrow on the best technology available, then this role is for you.

NIS oversees a portfolio of both established and emerging data/application integration products architected to support our critical systems.

Your key area of focus will be to manage technical resources and enable their success in building custom integration solutions in line with the Federal Reserve System’s cloud strategy.

Your work with be managing “how” business value is delivered to our partners through integration technology.

This will involve collaboration with critical lines of business, and key cross-functional partners within the Federal Reserve’s National IT team.

To be successful, you will need strong people leadership and team development skills, excellent oral and written communication, and have confidence backed by experience to be an influential leader.

You should also bring experience leading development teams in executing complex projects to completion.

Essential Responsibilities:



* Communicating with stakeholders to manage relationships and expectations


* Identify and develop or improve processes to increase efficiency and sustain customer satisfaction.


* Responsible for team hiring and people management focused on growth, strengths, and mission-driven engagement.


* Manage the structure and function of the development team to deliver high quality, resilient, and secure solutions for customers


* Act as an escalation resource for the team


* Work on complex issues where analysis of situations and data requires in-depth evaluation of varying factors


* Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Qualifications:



* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.

Master’s degree desirable
