Project Admin Intern

We have a great opportunity for a Project Admin Intern to join the Clara City, MN team.

This is an internship that is full-time from.

The shift for this position will be M-F, 8 a.m.

- 5 p.m.

with the potential for occasional weekends and nights as needed.

The Project Admin Intern works closely with the Operations Leadership on various Project/Engineering tasks and projects.  The responsibilities of the Project Admin Intern vary based on assignments and location needs.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a program/major related to the role and are looking to gain valuable experience in the workforce.

* Assist project managers with planning and execution of projects.



* Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.


* Track project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the team.


* Communicate effectively with vendors to relay information and coordinate schedules.


* Utilize Excel to manage data, create reports, and analyze project progress.


* Support the team in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.


* Help with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications


* Current Enrollment in a Business Administration or Project Management, Associates or bachelor’s degree or other related program


* Overall GPA 3.0 or higher


* Task-oriented with a strong focus on achieving project goals.


* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


* Dependable and responsible, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.


* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with other computer applications.


* Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with vendors and team members.


* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


* Ability to work right now.
