Services & Solutions Manager
The Services & Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing the Services & Solutions businesses including; Engineered Solutions, Rockwell Services, Project Management, Network Physical and Logical Infrastructure Projects, and any other billable related service opportunities or value-added solutions (ie: Machine Safety, Arc Flash, Install Base Evaluations).
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manages the growth and profitability of each of the Services & Solutions businesses through sales engagement and a disciplined sales process.
* Manages assigned resources to develop and maintain knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors to deliver customer satisfaction through services offered.
* Authors and manages the annual department(s) business plan. This business plan will be authored in concert with the Sales & Engineering Management and all others who are stakeholders and integrated in the Branch Business Plan.
* Assists in generating and managing the annual Branch Business Plan. This plan includes:

+ -Sales and margin goals - Account strategies
+ -Project forecasts - Sales and forecasting tracking plan
+ -Tactical & Strategic growth plan - Technical support strategy
+ -Marketing information - Operational support strategy
+ -Engineering standards - Quality Assurance
+ -Defines the Disciplined Sales Process for Services & Solutions
* Coordinates activities of all relevant team members and supplier resources required to deliver customer projects on budget and on schedule for Services & Solutions.
* Provides management with project financial status, and risk analysis reporting for the business.
* Assists account managers and engineers with the identification, design, proposal generation, costing, and engineering of solutions.
* Develops strategic relationships with key customers.
* Promotes the development and proof of concept of proto-type designs.
* Develops relationships with key technology suppliers, as well as, delivery and build partners.
* Interviews, selects and trains new employees; coaches and counsels employees; conducts annual performance evaluations; maintains attendance records; reports time worked/time off for payroll processing.
* Contributes to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality standards and practices.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities include:
* Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience (8+ years) will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
