Business Analyst Representative (Seasonal PT)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Representative to join our team, focusing on partnership, premium services, and finance reporting.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to assist in data analysis, financial reporting, and partnership performance evaluation while learning from experienced professionals in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business analytics and a strong desire to contribute to our organization's success.

Rate of pay: $15.00/hour, seasonal, part-time (max 29 hours/week)

Position is based out of San Antonio, TX

What You’ll Do: 


* Assist in conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities within partnership and premium services.


* Support the development and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships and revenue.


* Participate in ensuring data accuracy and integrity through validation processes.


* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and finance reporting.


* Communicate findings effectively with team members and stakeholders.


* Assist with ongoing research and analysis related to customer engagement and partnership effectiveness.

Who You Are:  


* Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field.


* Familiarity with data analysis concepts and a desire to learn.


* Basic proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL is a plus.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


* A passion for sports and entertainment is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:


* Previous internship or coursework related to business analysis, finance, or partnership management.


* Experience with financial reporting tools and software.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
