Business Intelligence Representative (Seasonal PT) 

Location: San Antonio, TX / Non-Exempt

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Representative to join our growing data operations team.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development while learning from experienced professionals in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in data analytics and a strong desire to contribute to our organization's success.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of business intelligence while working within a passionate team.

Rate of pay - $15.00/hour, seasonal, part-time (max 29 hours/week)

Position is based out of San Antonio, TX

What You’ll Do: 


* Assist in conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.


* Support the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs).


* Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and help prepare customized reports.


* Participate in ensuring data accuracy and integrity through validation processes.


* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.


* Communicate findings effectively with team members and stakeholders.


* Assist with ongoing research and polling of customers.

Who You Are:  


* Currently pursuing or holding bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.


* Basic proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL is a plus.


* Familiarity with data analysis concepts and a desire to learn.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


* A passion for sports and entertainment is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:


* Previous internship or coursework related to data analysis or business intelligence.


* Experience in Power BI.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
