Enterprise Salesforce Training Manager

Rockland Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Salesforce Training Manager to join our Salesforce department.  In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials and conducting training sessions across all business units to ensure effective utilization of our Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with the Salesforce Manager and other key stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize the benefits of Salesforce for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:


* Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises tailored to various business units' needs.


* Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for employees across all business units, ensuring a thorough understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices.


* Customize training content to address specific business unit requirements, ensuring relevance and applicability.


* Collect feedback from training participants and continuously improve training materials and methods based on user input and evolving business needs.


* Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business unit leaders to understand system updates, enhancements, and changes to incorporate into training programs.


* Provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to reinforce training concepts and assist users in resolving Salesforce-related issues.


* Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of training materials, schedules, and feedback.


* Track and report on training program effectiveness, participation rates, and user proficiency improvements to the Salesforce Manager and senior leadership.


* Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to ensure training programs are current and effective.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.


* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.


* Proficiency in Salesforce and related technologies; experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.


* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


*  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.


* Ability to adapt training programs to meet the varying needs of different business units.
