Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure

Responsible for the timely and quality delivery of IT Infrastructure projects and services including network hardware, server hardware and software, messaging, LAN, WAN and related systems corporate wide.

Assure that SLA's are met or exceeded for the areas of responsibility.

Manage and develop the infrastructure team.

The manager must also have a clear understanding of the challenges of information security.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities


* Establish and disseminates unit objective, division of work to staff under direct charge.


* Ensure that all projects will be in compliance with all applicable measurements and production reporting and policy requirements.


* Ensure compliance with all applicable measurements and production reporting and policies.


* Responsible for the daily support of all systems related to network and server systems, implementation and testing for all locations including corporate headquarters, disaster recovery site and remote locations.


* Work with other teams to manage the proper transition of projects into production.


* Ensure that proper operational plans and documentation are delivered with each initiative rolled into production.


* Ensure the complete and proactive protection of all corporate data and systems through active backup and system recovery procedures.


* Responsible for the acceptance and delivery of all projects and tasks related to network and server systems integration and implementation and testing for all locations.


* Responsible for the successful execution of the disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
