Digital Specialist

Responsible for supporting the Digital Technology Office (DTO) and the business functions across all aspects of the digital platforms.

 Provide technical support to the businesses and regions, along with administrative support to the Digital Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities



* Digital Administration:
+ Acts as the primary administrator for Merz Ax web sites and domains; works closely with external vendors on updates and back-end support as well as cookie management and governance.
+ Vendor and contract management for the department to include support in contract life cycle management system (Icertis) and Ariba purchasing (SAP)
+ Acts as superuser for several digital platforms to include Smartsheet, Pitcher, Bynder, and Microsoft Co-pilot
+ Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks across several projects or focus areas


* Support to the Digital Technology Office (DTO):
+ Ensures timely and accurate development and maintenance of templates, tools, systems, processes, and reports for supporting digital projects and platform governance.
+ Assist with routine administrative matters and special projects; assist in preparation of presentation and meeting materials for the digital Center of Excellence (CoE).
+ Manage the CoE website and provide organizational support and communication to regional leads.
+ Coordinate large team meetings for digital department team members; schedule, manage logistics; organize agenda and materials


* Communication:
+ Provide clear and visible communication to all stakeholders.
+ High facilitation and collaboration skills

+ Strong leadership skills – must be able to work confidently and effectively with multiple departments and levels within the company.

Technical & Functional Skills:



* Proficiency in social media, websites, and digital content


* Experience with Ariba and workflow management operations.


* Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum Qualifications:



* Bachelor’s Degree – a 4-year undergraduate degree in business, IT or other related field


* 2+ years working cross functionally in an office or manufacturing facility supporting digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications: 



* Experience with Salesforce a plus
