What You Will Do

The Senior Assistant Brand Manager will assist the Grouper in driving business growth for the Baby business in the Latin American market.

This role presents a significant opportunity for professional development, allowing the individual to co-lead one of the region's key growth brands, JOHNSON'S ®.

The primary responsibilities include collaborating with market teams to comprehend and advocate for their requirements within the Regional & Global Marketing Teams and cross-functional teams.

The main objective is to drive growth by spearheading the development and execution of strategies, innovation pipelines, and highly effective communication guidelines.

The Sr.

Assistant Brand Manager is expected to demonstrate an unwavering external focus in their execution, wholeheartedly adopt an ownership mindset, and fearlessly exhibit a daring spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of a robust pipeline for JOHNSON'S®, HIPOGLÓS®, DESITIN® and COTONETES®, ensuring pipeline balance between new product developments, commercial innovations, and cost innovation ideas.

• Collaborate with Local & Global Marketings and the cross-functional teams to drive excellence in all aspects of product development, including concept research, product design, packaging development, and commercialization.

• Monitor market dynamics and business KPIs to support the innovation and claims strategic approach.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends to inform brand strategy and messaging.

• Monitor product post-launch, track key metrics, communicate results and identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure the implementation of equity guidelines for JOHNSON'S® in LATAM.

Manage and oversee the creative development process for all brand assets, including advertising and packaging materials.
