60% FTE, evening/night shift rotation.

One in three weekend rotation and rotating holidays.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to:


* Use your knowledge of policies, procedures and practices of the state, university, hospital and Department of Nursing as they relate to the operations of the hospital and clinics.


* Bring your knowledge of staffing models and oversee staffing.


* Prioritize workload /assignments.


* Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.

Education:

Minimum - Associate degree in nursing

Preferred - Bachelors degree in nursing

Work Experience :

Minimum - Three (3) years of acute clinical nursing experience.

Preferred - Previous experience in a formal leadership role (such as Care Team Leader, Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Manager).

Adult and Pediatric experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin and CPR certification

Preferred - ACLS, PALS
