What do you get to do in this position?


* Be responsible for all technical subjects all along the circuit protection offer (product) life cycle:


* Lead Technical Specification and contribute to all System Engineering activities.


* Study the technical feasibility and define the sizing of the technical efforts (including the technical "stories" & debts) to achieve sprints and deliverables to business.


* Define product design choices and manage definition file drive Technical Risk.


* Lead technical activities according shared team backlog prioritization from the PO


* Ensure a Robustness & Reliable Design with 3rd party compliance such as UL, CSA, NOM, IEC


* Support Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly Approach; IP, Eco Design design part of the offer.


* Verify the Product (simulations / Prototypes all along Product life cycle) according to the maturity level


* Commit to get the product technical Validation according to customer requirements.


* Support manufacturing & Industrialization (Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly; technical antenna included).


* Support Customer Case & technical expertise, root cause analysis, design of experiments in collaboration with the associated chapter.

Required Skills


* Technical design problem solving


* Preferred six sigma black belt


* Preferred background experience in circuit protection devices or similar


* Critical thinking and thought leader towards accelerated issue resolution

Education


* BS in Mechanical Engineering


* Preferred MS in Mechanical Engineering


* Six sigma green belt


* Preferred Six sigma black belt
