ServiceNow Developer
Responsibilities:
● Serve as a ServiceNow developer on the development team which develops workflow solutions, integrations and enhancements across different modules on ServiceNow.
● Ideal candidates should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM, HAM, SAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other custom application development.
● Develop and maintain VA, Service portal components and new features of ServiceNow like Now Assist, Workspaces and UI Builder.
● Should be able to analyze the impact of upgrades and should have integration experience.
● Collaborate with technical leads to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
● Work with Solution Architects and Product owners to perform feasibility checks and proof of concepts
● Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
● Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
● Delivery user stories with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time
● Demo user stories and maintain documentation inclusive of operational and training requirements.
● Perform application testing and unit testing
● Excellent communications skills
● Excellent teamwork skills
● Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
● Experience in building Service Catalogs and maintaining existing Service Catalogs
● Experience on widget creation for ServiceNow Service Portal
Qualifications Position Requirements:
● 5 to 10 Years development experience
● ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA) - Mandatory
● Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules) - Mandatory
● Certified Application Developer - Mandatory
● Experience with a modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to communicate effectively in both 1-1 and large group settings.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
