Transactions Specialist II - Cash Services

Join Chase as a Transactions Specialist II, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business results.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, offering creative solutions to our customers.

As a Transactions Specialist II in the cash services department your primary responsibilities will include the processing of data and documentation including deposit processing, vault processing, research, documentation review, document handling, document preparation, document processing and transaction processing.

This may involve the physical and electronic handling of information.

Job responsibilities


* Handle the processing or settlement of transactions


* Monitor work queues


* Resolve transaction exceptions


* Perform routine inquiries and research


* Complete operational balancing and reconciliations


* Handle open items


* May have direct customer contact


* Analyze information to determine accuracy and completeness of data

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Schedule will vary based on business demands.
